Our Story
Mainstreet Matrix was born out of resilience and innovation. After years of pursuing careers in science and technology, John Barfield’s path shifted when he discovered the power of AI to help small businesses secure funding and streamline operations. Together with his wife, Kellie, a certified digital marketer, they combined their expertise to launch Mainstreet Matrix.
What began as a spark of inspiration during long Uber shifts became a mission: to democratize digital transformation and business funding. From building their own e-commerce brand with AI support to becoming grant finalists, John and Kellie turned lived experience into a business designed to help others succeed.
